Realty has two outstanding candidates running for two-year term
positions in the upcoming Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) election for
its 2005/2006 Board of Directors.

Ann Hannah, the Broker/Owner of Sutton Group – Old Mill Realty
Inc. for the past 15 years, is competing to become the Board’s “West
Firm Director”, and is running against the current incumbent for the
position. Ann brings more than 31 years of real estate experience plus
service on many TREB committees and task forces over the years.

Stuart Braund, the Associate Broker with Sutton Group -
Professional Realty Inc. for the past eight years, is one of several
candidates competing for two openings on the Board as a “Director at
Large”. Stuart has been active on committees for TREB and has spent
seven of the last nine years as Director of the Brampton Real Estate
Board.

Both Ann and Stuart have strong leadership backgrounds effectively
representing and championing Realtor interests over many years and are
seeking support in the upcoming TREB election. Those who are members of
the Toronto Real Estate Board are invited to review the background and
“platforms” of these two fine candidates. Each has an election website
(www.annhannah.com and www.stuartbraund.com) which provides detailed
information on their Board service background, priorities of concern,
and plans of action; as well as providing details of the voting
procedures
