Sutton Office Opens in Mississauga

Mississauga, ON – Sutton Group – Liberty Realty Ltd.* will open its doors on June 1st, 2008. The office is located near a busy street, very close to the airport. Broker of Record Manjinder Singh and owner Jay Brar are excited to showcase their real estate experience and knowledge to the public.

The office is opening to increase Sutton’s presence in the area, and to take advantage of residential and commercial opportunities nearby. They are across from the Lester B. Pearson Airport runway, very close to major highways and a well-travelled street (Derry Road). The office is 4000 square feet in size and offers ample parking and 80-foot frontage. They have a very professional, well-organized office environment and offer above average service and knowledge. “We know the market and the neighbourhood and what properties would be suitable for businesses and individuals”, said Jay. Within a year, they hope to have over 60 REALTORS® in their office, as the office is designed for 100 REALTORS®. They also hope to open branches in the area and provide ongoing training and mentoring.
