Surrey, BC – Sutton – Premier Realty opened the doors to their new location on Monday, March 16, 2009. Located on a busy thoroughfare, the new office offers a larger space and the convenience of having the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board right next door. It also has greater exposure to traffic and easy access for both clients and REALTORS®.

Broker, Larry Anderson of Sutton – Premier Realty, describes that when planning for the new office, he wanted to offer a comfortable space for both his REALTORS® and clients. To achieve this he incorporated a client lounge into the design. Larry explains, “Sales people are more likely to be successful in an environment that provides an open forum and breathes activity.” He learned this after completing research on different sales environments for larger corporations like IBM and car dealerships. The casual venue is a place where REALTORS® can enjoy a cappuccino and interact with their clients in a comfortable atmosphere. The main highlights of the lounge include 12 leather club chairs and a 60″ plasma screen television.

A training facility was also added into the design of the office. “We want to ensure the new office is a place where new and experienced REALTORS® can get the training and coaching that will help take their business to the next level,” says Larry. The facility boasts the latest in audio-visual equipment required for presentations and training. The training facility will also be available for their REALTORS® to host their own buying seminars. Anderson invites REALTORS® and clients alike to visit their new office.
