Young Broker Takes the Helm at Sutton Office in Vernon
Vernon, BC – Everyone is invited to enjoy a summer barbeque and see some amazing cars at the grand opening of the Sutton Group – Lakefront Realty office on July 10. The barbeque and Car Show & Shine will take place between 10:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. at 2749 30th Street in Vernon. Now under new ownership, this is the only Sutton franchise in this North Okanagan community of 36,000 (56,000 in metro Vernon). Broker Tamara Cinnamon obtained her franchise on June 1, 2010 and has assembled a team of 11 experienced REALTORS®. “My vision for the office is very specific—I am looking for quality over quantity and I’m happy to say that’s what I’ve found.”
Tamara brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to her new role. “I have been selling real estate in the Vernon area for 6.5 years and have recently obtained my broker’s license. Before that, I was a raft guide on the mighty Fraser River near Jasper. My spouse, Ken, and I have been in Vernon full-time for the past seven years and seasonally for the three previous years.”
With her spirit of adventure and love of the outdoors, Vernon was a natural fit for Tamara as well as an increasing number of permanent and vacationing homeowners. “Vernon is a very beautiful place, surrounded by lakes, vineyards, orchards, recreation and resorts.
