London, ON - Gerry Weir, Broker of Sutton Group - Preferred Realty Inc., would like to recognize and congratulate Renald Guindon and Dan Grantham for their contribution to the London Community.

For the second year in a row, Renald and Dan, Sales Representatives of Sutton Group - Preferred Realty Inc. have donated over $11,000 to more than 40 local charities.

Renald and Dan have a donation program that involves making a charitable contribution each time they make a sale. The charity is chosen by the client. "It's a win, win, win situation," says Dan Grantham. "The charity gets the money, our clients choose the cause and we feel good doing our part."

Over the last four years since their donation program began, Guindon and Grantham have donated more than $35,000. "We believe in giving back to the community in which we make our living," says Renald Guindon. Renald and Dan received the London and St. Thomas Real Estate Board's Community Service Award in 2004, partly due to their donation program.

Renald and Dan are very excited about the continued success of this program, feel privileged to be professional Realtors and proud to work in the London community.
