September 2024 marked a memorable event for the Nova Scotia REALTOR® Charity Baseball Tournament, a tradition that has rallied realtors for a friendly competition and a great cause since its inception in 2015. 

Junior Green Thumbs is a year-round, indoor gardening project for elementary school students created by Sutton’s very own, Laura McBride. Laura has been a REALTOR® with Sutton Group – Heritage Realty Inc. since 2005 and has utilized her background in horticulture to launch her project for elementary students. 

Ed Dunn Jr., a real estate agent with Sutton Group Innovative Realty Inc. in Hamilton, Ontario, has been a committed supporter of the St. Joseph’s Healthcare Foundation for over 14 years. His unwavering dedication to giving back is evident in his real estate agent practices, as a percentage of every home sale Ed makes is donated directly to support the foundation’s numerous mental health and addiction programs.

Ken Welte, an agent with Sutton West Coast Realty, recently achieved his Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification and earned his Emergency Medical Assistance (EMA) license. This inspiring accomplishment follows a life-changing experience in 2021 when Ken survived a serious ATV accident. Fueled by a deep desire to give back, Ken now volunteers as an Emergency Medical Responder, offering his skills and compassion to those in need.

Ottawa, ON – On July 15th, 2024, the third annual Wilbert Keon Memorial Golf Tournament was held in support of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Participants, including Sutton Ottawa’s very own Colin Zappia, teed off at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club and raised an astounding $270,201 for critical cardiac care, research, and education.
