Ken Welte - Emergency Medical Responder in BC
Ken Welte, an agent with Sutton West Coast Realty, recently achieved his Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) certification and earned his Emergency Medical Assistance (EMA) license. This inspiring accomplishment follows a life-changing experience in 2021 when Ken survived a serious ATV accident. Fueled by a deep desire to give back, Ken now volunteers as an Emergency Medical Responder, offering his skills and compassion to those in need.
Colin Zappia - Wilbert Keon Memorial Golf Tournament Charity Event
Ottawa, ON – On July 15th, 2024, the third annual Wilbert Keon Memorial Golf Tournament was held in support of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute. Participants, including Sutton Ottawa’s very own Colin Zappia, teed off at the Royal Ottawa Golf Club and raised an astounding $270,201 for critical cardiac care, research, and education.
